Floodlit League 2025
The Frome PS (Park/Selwood) Charity Floodlit team which competes in the Charity Floodlit League consists of 5 Men's Triples and is made up of 7 players from Frome Selwood BC and 8 players from Frome Park BC. The 2025 very entertaining final was won by Purnell with an 8 -2 result over Frome PS.
All proceeds from these matches are donated to local charities in the Frome , Radstock, Midsomer Norton & Paulton area and the benficiary is decided by the participating teams annually. The total amount raised for the charity was £1475.00. The Peggy Dodds Centre. Bath was the beneficiary for 2024. Peggy Dodds Centre. Bath is an award winning charity which works to help those living with dementia and memory loss, whilst providing respite to support the people who care for them.
