Charity Floodlit League

The Frome PS (Park/Selwood) Charity Floodlit team which competes in the Charity Floodlit League consists of 5 Men's Triples and is made up of 7 players from Frome Selwood BC and 8 players from Frome Park BC.

All proceeds from these matches are donated to local charities in the Frome , Radstock, Midsomer Norton & Paulton area and the benficiary is decided by the participating teams annually.

The chosen charity for 2025 was Nova Sports which is based in Frome. Nova Sports provide opportunities for Children and adults with learning, physical and sensory disabilities to access sport and physical activities. The final played on 4 September was a victory for Purnell over Paulton. The total amount raised for the charity was £1980.60.

The chosen charity for 2026 is Dorothy House which is based in Winsley. Dorothy House provides hospice and end of life care. The final is to be played at Frome Selwood on 17 September.
